Returns/Exchanges

To Exchange a maiziejayne product: NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCPET RETURNS. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE ERRORS ON THEM IF WE ARE AT FAULT. To initiate the exchange process simply email us at david@maiziejayne.com  to explain the error and initiate the exchange process. If the error is found to be the fault of Maizie Jayne, we will happily send you a new item free of charge.

What can be exchaged: Items that you receive that have errors in them that are the fault of Maizie Jayne. Namely, spelling, daes, colors, etc. If we are not at fault, we cannot offer a return or an exchange but will be happy to get you setup for a replacement item and put you at the head of the line to get it promptly.

What cannot be exchanged: No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
